After I finished my work, a friend adverted me to another similar picture which already exists.
But I promise that this is not a copy, I had this idea after watching the new Pokémon Openings Heartgold and Soulsilver.
Hah yeeeeh.... *sigh*
Now I'm a bit depressed because I thought this was just my idea...

I just used a brush for the sparkles and all the other stuff is totally "handmade".
(I had to use 16 layers just for the WATER! |D°)
